REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

 

I can’t attend the full Expo. Can I register for just one or two sessions?

No, attendance at the educational sessions are only for Conference Pass holders. We do not offer the educational sessions on an ‘a la carte’ basis.

How do I register for one of the pre-conference events (workshops, summits, and tours)?

Registration for the pre-conference events is not yet open. These limited, optional add-on’s are not included in your Conference Pass, and they must be added onto your registration at an additional fee.

Can’t attend the Expo as a Conference Pass holder, but still want to join us for a pre-conference summit/workshop/tour? You can! Choose the pass type “Non-Conference Attendee” (additional $5 fee applies), and then choose your pre-con event.

 

Can I pre-register for which educational sessions I want to attend?

No, seat availability in each session room is first-come, first-served.

Will continuing education credits be pre-approved for AIA, GBCI, IDCEC and/or Living Future Accredited)?

We cannot guarantee at this time (May 2017) which sessions, workshops, or summits will have pre-approved credits.

Will my CEUs (AIA, GBCI, IDCEC and Living Future Accredited) from the Living  Product Expo be reported by ILFI on my behalf?

Pending pre-approval, we will report CEU attendance to AIA within thirty (30) days of the close of the conference (you must provide your AIA membership numbers during registration).

All other credits earned (GBCI, IDCEC, and/or LFA) must be self-reported by the attendee. You will receive an attendance/CEU summary via email within 14 days after the event.

Can I register as a volunteer?

Volunteer applications will open in early June 2017 for our limited number of volunteer spots. Learn more about volunteering here.

How can I modify or cancel my registration?

Need to modify or cancel your registration? Email us at events@living-future.org. You are eligible for a full refund up until two weeks prior to the event less a $35 Service Fee. All refunds close after 11:59pm on Monday, August 28, 2017.

Where can I stay?

Living Product Expo 2017 is hosted at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  We have secured a limited number of reduced rate event block rooms at the Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh conveniently located near the convention center. Learn more here.

What kind of food will be served at the Expo?

The Institute strives to ensure that our events always source our menu from local, sustainable sources. You will be asked your dietary preferences and needs during the registration process.
